Established on the belief that practice makes perfect, the Safe America Foundation’s Pledge to Drill effort is focused on getting Americans to create and drill emergency plans at home or work.
Our goal: create a critical mass of people drilling, whereby being prepared for a natural or man-made disaster is the rule, not the exception.
This September marks the 10th anniversary of 9/11. Yet, too many Americans are no more prepared for the unexpected today than they were on September 10, 2001. To change this, in 2011 we have set ourselves the goal encouraging over 1 million Americans to pledge to drill on or near 9/11.
So far over 850,000 Americans have pledged their commitment to drill. Click on the list menu to see some of those leading drills in your state.

Join the movement. By filling out the requested information and encouraging your employer, family and friends to do likewise, you can help be make them more prepared for an emergency.
